Are your fabrics machine washable?
Most of our fabrics are machine washable for your convenience. However, certain premium materials like our leathers and specific wool blends are dry-clean only. Please check the care instructions on the specific fabric page.
Can I order fabric samples before making a purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a fabric sample pack. This allows you to feel the texture and see the colors in your home's natural lighting before committing to a full order.
How long does shipping take?
Since each item is custom-made to order, our production time is typically 2-3 weeks. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer a 100% Fit Guarantee—if it doesn't fit, we will fix it or replace it.
